In each of its business lines, Meracord acts according to written instructions from consumers. On the same day payments are received from consumers, Meracord processes these payments, less appropriate fees, and posts the funds to a trust account where the funds are held pending disbursement. In most cases, funds are delivered the same day they are received. Funds are disbursed per the written instructions or contracts from all parties. In addition to providing payment servicing for seller-financed notes and unsecured debt, Meracord services lease agreements, apartment rentals, membership fees, association dues, and private investment tracts and subdivisions.
Meracord provides many features designed to make managing your account easier, such as monthly statements, on-line account information, options for direct deposit and automatic withdrawal, the ability to make payments by phone, Western Union or via the Meracord Web site, highly trained customer relations specialists and much more.
